What do you think are the characteristics of a good parent?
In my opinion, the characteristics of a good parent are patience and listening to kids.
For example, my best friend is a good father that taught his son to play tennis patiently then his son became a very famous tennis player in the world. My sister is also a good parent too, she listened to her daughter's explanations and pointed out what is a wrong thing and what is a good attitude, her daughter is a kind lady today and became a good teacher in high school.
Because I know the good things that I told before, so I believe that patience and listening to children are the characteristic of a good parent.
