In my opinion, I agree that parents should restrict the TV programs that are watched by their kids. Because kids like watching TV very much. If they are not restricted, kids will watch TV all the time and not do any other things.
On the other hand, watching TV too much is not good for children's eyes, so children should be encouraged to do some outdoor activities instead of watching TV all the time.
That's why I agree that parents should restrict the TV programs watched by their kids.
